With just two episodes remaining in the 15th season of Lifetime's Married At First Sight, all eyes turn to see what the five San Diego couples will opt to do on Decision Day. Many fans are wondering whether Nate and Stacia stay together, whether Alexis and Justin will call it quits, or if Mitch and Krysten will have what it takes to sustain matrimonial bliss for the rest of their lives.

MAFS has a notoriously low-success rate for marriages that endured, a trend that arguably started with the inaugural cast of six who participated in the show back in 2014. Given that 8 years have passed, some fans may have expected that some relationships may not have lasted as long since anything could have happened in the time has passed. However, some outcomes may surprise them.

Arguably the most successful couple in MAFS history, Doug Hehner and Jamie Otis were matched by the experts to begin the experimental dating show but did not immediately hit it off. Jamie cried tears over her lack of attraction to Doug, but the two grew stronger during their honeymoon before mutually saying "I Do" on Decision Day.

Still happily married in 2022, Doug and Jamie have two children, a daughter named draHenley Grace who was born in August 2017, and a boy named Hendrix Douglas, who was born in May 2020 (PerPeople). Sadly, the couple lost their first son, Jonathan Edward, in 2016 after experiencing a miscarriage at 17 weeks (per womansday.com).

As the first major success story on MAFS, it's no surprise that Doug and Jamie have become a mainstay on the various series spinoffs, including their own TV show MAFS: Jamie and Doug Plus One. No longer a registered nurse, Jamie keeps 855K followers entertained on Instagram, where she opened up about her contraction of HPV less than a week ago. As for Doug, his Instagram bio states he is a stay-at-home dad and a personal blogger. The happily married couple just celebrated their 8-year anniversary, which Jamie honored by writing a heartfelt post to her partner.

Make-up artist Courtney Hendrix and her husband Jason Carrion became instant fan favorites for their palpable onscreen chemistry on the hit reality dating show that many felt was genuine and built to last after both said "I Do" on Decision Day. Alas, after five long years of marriage, the two got divorced in March 2019.

In addition to still working as a make-up artist, most recently on the 2019 fantasy film Tower of Silence, Courtney has moved on romantically. MAFS' Monet Bell Is Not With Vaughn Copeland

Married At First Sight Season 1: Where Are They Now? (1)

The only MAFS season 1 couple to say "No" on Decision Day, Monet Bell and Vaughn Copeland quickly evaporated the electric chemistry demonstrated on during their wedding. After bickering over a slew of issues on the guilty-pleasure dating show, the two fell out of favor and ended their rocky marriage once and for all. After appearing in the reality TV spinoff show #Blacklove from 2015-2016, Monet has retreated from the TV spotlight.

While Monet's Instagram is currently set to private, she has over 33K followers to date and keeps active with over 2100 posts so far. Most recently, Monet linked a Go Fund Me page to raise money for a friend's pet dog Ricky in Cleveland, Ohio. Whether single or not in 2022, it's good to know Monet's heart is in the right place.

Following their mutual split on Decision Day, Vaughn Copeland met another woman named Jenny Faber. In 2016, Vaughn and Jenny welcomed a baby boy named Zaire (per The Ashley), who was born in Germany where the couple was last reported to be living. At the time, Vaughn was putting a lot of time and effort into launching Copeland Organics, an organic food company that fans can still follow on Instagram.

Although Vaughn has shied away from the social media limelight since 2016, he is set to making his first official acting debut in a movie called Pantheress, which is currently filming. Whatever else Vaughn is up to in 2022 and beyond, one thing is certain, he finally got to start the family that he voiced his desire to do on the first season of Married At First Sight.
